Minnesota West Community and Technical College initiated a brand and website refresh. As the project lead, I spearheaded a comprehensive design overhaul that encompassed a suite of custom pages and web blocks, tailored to create a user-friendly and visually engaging academic site.

Our primary objective was to encapsulate the essence of Minnesota West through the powerful theme of "Pride." By distilling the institution's unique characteristics into a singular idea, we aimed to forge a strong, unified brand voice that communicates what it truly means to "Learn with Purpose."
Learn With Purpose, Live With Pride
 This project included a streamlined brand refresh, the development high level marketing pages, and a suite of components to populate the enitre site.

Below are a selection of the visual moodboards we used to start developing the design language for the college's brand refresh. Each moodboard features a curated collection of imagery, color palettes, typography, and textures that reflect the spirit of Minnesota West.

Bringing it to Life
 I documented all visual styles and their animations to ensure a cohesive implementation. This includes detailed specifications for components such as buttons, headers, footers, forms, and icons.

I also integrated a set of unique animations for special moments throughout the site, enhancing user engagement. This comprehensive guide equips the Minnesota West team with the necessary tools to maintain the site’s vibrancy, ultimately creating an inviting and immersive experience that reflects the college's pride and sense of community.
